<span style="font-size: large;">Daging tu kalau nak cepat masak, boleh la di ketuk-ketuk sampai nipis ye. Kemudian perap. Ok, mula-mula perap daging, letak dlm fridge selama sekurang-kurangnye setengah jam. Tumis bahan tumisan lebih kurang 2 minit. Masukkan daging tadi dan balik-balikkan. Kemudian, siapkan air dalam 2 gelas. Masukkan 1/2 gelas dahulu dan goreng hingga daging agak kering. Teruskan menambah air sedikit demi sedikit sehingga habis 2 gelas, dan sehingga daging lembut. Biasanye dlm 20 minit. Apabila rasa daging dah lembut, masukkan kicap manis 2 sudu, kicap masin 2 sudu. Juga kacang pis, tomato, garam dan lada hitam secukup rasa. Jika rasa kuah terlalu pekat, boleh tambah sedikit air lagi dan adjust rasanye. </span></div>
